I studied a Bachelor of Genetics at the ANU and am currently doing a PhD after doing my honours year at the John Curtin School of Medical Research in the Vision Lab. My research focusses on studying the role of a specific complement protein called complement component 2 (C2) in retinal degenerations using CRISPR/Cas9 knockout mice.
